A semi-circular red line 5 centimeters in width shall be painted on the ice, at a radius of 3 meters from a point
situated immediately in front of the penalty timekeeper's seat. This area shall be known as the OFFICIAL'S
CREASE. Only the penalized player shall be allowed to cross this area, to take their place on the penalty bench.
