Each rink shall provide seats or a bench; called the TEAM BENCH, for each team. Each team bench shall be able to accommodate at least 20 persons IN A SINGLE ROW and shall be situated immediately along the ice surface in the neutral zone, as close as possible to the center of the ice, and in the vicinity of the dressing rooms.

Only players in uniform, and a maximum of 3 persons in charge may be on the bench during the game.

The home team shall have the privilege of choosing its own team bench.

The home team must choose the net at the opposite end of their team bench.
